If you start feeling the pressure, take a break and meditate to slow down "mind-racing". Don’t be hard on yourself, reduce the urge to be perfect and don't stress when expectations are not met. Be flexible and don’t be too competitive.

Reduce criticism of yourself and others and choose to keep quiet when you feel a negative reaction. Manage your anger by pushing away negativity of any kind. Always give yourself "me" time and laugh and smile more often. Be cheerful, it deflates others’ stress and anxiety. Keep your phone in silent mode at night, and always get a good night’s sleep.
